Cooking starts around 11:00 AM, and meals go out later in the day once they are packed.

What to expect
- The meal is free. There is nothing to pay and nothing to sign up for.
- The food is vegan: no meat, dairy, or eggs.
- Meals usually include a hot main, salad or vegetables, bread, and sometimes sweets.
- Food is shared until it runs out, so earlier is safer.
- Tell a volunteer about allergies and they will tell you what is in that day's food.
Food is a right, not a privilege. If you are hungry, the meal is for you.
